Well Mush and Sas have recommended Dexter to be and I totally loved it right away.
I watched like all of season one and two in like 1 and 1/2 weeks. So now I cannot wait to see season three.

There's quite a long re-cap at the start of each episode but not really enough to give you the details.

Although I did notice something again in the opening credits.... we see him having a shave (and cutting himself) but by the time he's cooked & eaten brekkie and got dressed, he has stubble again

Did anyone watch the last episode that was on (ep 6 - return to sender)?

Those of you who haven't seen it already - what did you think? There's not an episode that I haven't enjoyed. Did anyone see last night's episode? (s01e07 - circle of friends)

I just LOVED Dex's smile right at the end when he realises the guy's not who they're looking for. So creepy and sooo funny

Well, it's all over. The last episode of season 1 aired last night. What did you think?

I love the end, GO DEX!!!

They're going to show this on mainstream Australian TV now.. haha. Who needs cable? They always end up showing it on the regular networks in the end..

Dexter is an awesome show! I read the book first, and when I found out theat they were making it into a series, I was so excited! I recommend reading the book and watching the show!

I didn't know when I saw the trailers for the programme that it was a book, it was only a couple of episodes in I noticed the based on....

I think it would ruin the series for me now if I read the books. I do WANT to read them, but I have the TV Dexter in my head. If I'd known, I'd definitely have read the books first - I always try and do that
